Next summer, I’ll be joining the Prostate Cymru Walk of Wales 2026, an incredible challenge to walk the full circumference of Wales via the coastal path. Starting and finishing in Cardiff, our core team will be walking an average of 40km a day for 44 days. It’s a tough physical challenge, but I’m taking it on to help raise awareness of prostate cancer, which affects 1 in 8 men in the UK and is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Welsh men. This campaign goes far beyond the walk itself. Along the route, we’ll be helping to deliver awareness talks, educational events, and PSA blood tests to communities across Wales, encouraging early detection and better outcomes for men and their families.
