In July I will be once again taking part in Prostate Cymru's The Big Walk - raising awareness and vital funds for men suffering with Prostate Cancer in Wales.

The charities key aims are:

- Raising awareness

- Support services for those suffering with prostate health and their families

- Training & supporting medical professionals
