Walk of Wales
About
On 27th June I will join a small band who will be taking on the incredible "Prostate Cymru Walk of Wales 2026" challenge. An 1,100 mile journey (1,900 km) around the circumference of Wales via the Wales Coastal Path and Offa's Dyke. Starting and finishing in Cardiff, the team will walking an average of 40km a day, for 44 days consecutive!
It will be tough, physically and mentally. But we are doing it to help raise awareness of prostate cancer, which affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. And more worryingly, it's the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Welsh men.
The event will go far beyond the walk itself. Along the route, Prostate Cymru will be delivering awareness talks, educational events, and PSA blood tests to communities throughout Wales, encouraging early detection and better outcomes for men and their families.
By supporting our fundraising, you'll be helping Prostate Cymru continue their vital work across Wales.
Any donation, big or small, would mean a great deal. Thank you for your support...diolch yn fawr!
