My Story

I'm laced up and ready to join the Walk of Wales 2026! 

Next summer, the Prostate Cymru team is walking the full circumference of Wales to raise awareness of prostate cancer, averaging a massive 40km a day. I might not be doing all 44 days, but I am taking on a challenging section of the route to do my part for this incredible cause.

I'm taking on this physical challenge to fight back against a disease that affects 1 in 8 UK men. Every penny I raise goes straight to Prostate Cymru, funding community awareness talks and mobile PSA blood testing across Wales to catch cancer early.
